Attorney Nehemiah Jefferson practices taxpayer civil, and criminal representation before the IRS, the Florida Department of Revenue, Texas, the District of Columbia, the U.S. Tax Court, and other taxing jurisdictions. Attorney Jefferson also practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, and Business.

Before practicing law, Mr. Jefferson served as a senior associate for one of the Big Four accounting firms in the country. He also owned a national retail tax franchise. Currently, he is admitted to practice law in:

Mr. Jefferson is a member of the United States Tax Court Bar, the District of Columbia, Florida, Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, Hillsborough County Bar Association, and Orange County Bar Association. He represents clients nationwide facing federal income taxation controversies.
Because of his skills, he has also been featured on FOX 13 News in Tampa.
Educational Background
Nehemiah Jefferson received his bachelor’s degree from Florida State University. He earned a Juris Doctor degree from John Marshall Law School in Atlanta, Georgia, and an LL.M. in Taxation (advanced tax law degree) from the University of Alabama.
His Life Outside the World of Law
Nehemiah is the pastor of Triumph Christian Church in Tampa, Florida. He is also a licensed real estate agent, insurance agent, professional wrestler, and loves college football especially the Florida State Seminoles and FAMU Rattlers.
LYNN B. AUST LEAD ATTORNEY:
Attorney Aust graduated cum laude from Stetson University in 2001 with her Juris Doctorate and shortly after established the Aust Law Firm. She is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, The Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and a volunteer mediator for the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court. She is also a member of Belle Isle Community Church and the West Orange Women Service Club and volunteers at Freedom Ride which provides horseback riding to the special needs community. Lynn is passionate about practicing law with integrity and faithfully serving those around her.
KENDRA DENNIS LEGAL ASSISTANT:
assists the Attorney’s at Aust Law Firm with various office and legal tasks including case management, court filings, and legal research. She has been with the firm for more than four years and specializes in handing Probate procedures.
FAITH HENDERSON LEGAL ASSISTANT:
Faith graduated from Lamar University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Faith is currently furthering her education by pursuing a Master of Education degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Lamar University’s distance learning graduate degree program.
Faith moved to Orlando, Florida from Texas in 2020 where she assisted in COVID-19 rental assistance programs and eviction diversion programs, before ultimately beginning her experience as a legal assistant. Prior to joining Esquire Tax Firm, Faith assisted in family law, adoption, probate, and guardianship. Currently in her role at Esquire Tax Firm, Faith assists in probate, guardianship, and estate planning.
MARK ONGCAPIN LEGAL ASSISTANT:
Mark assists with various legal and IT tasks at the office. He is currently pursuing his bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies with a minor in music at the University of Central Florida. Mark also teaches private music lessons.
CHRISTINA NGUYEN LEGAL ASSISTANT:
Christina assists the office with various legal tasks. She is currently pursuing her bachelor's degree in Health Sciences (Pre-Clinical) at the University of Central Florida. She is currently pursuing her bachelor's degree in Health Sciences (Pre-Clinical) at the University of Central Florida.
ARPITA PATEL BILLING MANAGER:
Arpita Patel assists the office with all billing management activities including invoicing, inventory, and accounting.
ZYANNAH GREAUX RECEPTIONIST:
Zyannah assists the office with receptionist duties, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and receiving phone calls. She is a recent alumna of Florida International University where she earned her Bachelor’s in Science of Criminal Justice with minors in marketing and public policy. Zyannah is an aspiring attorney and is currently studying for the LSAT.
